David Starr derrotou Jordan Devlin, marcando seu primeiro reinado OTT World Champion
Antes do evento começar, ocorreram algumas mudanças no Card, Killer Kross não pode aparecer devido a problemas de viagem, já Tyler Bate não foi liberado medicamente. Com isso, Trent Seven substituiu Killer Kross na Six Man, e Moustache Mountain foi substituída por Grizzled Young Veterans, e a match foi transformada em uma Number One Contender.
